This eye-opening documentary brought to us by YES Montreal (Youth Employment Services) brings together the firsthand accounts of young, educated job seekers across the province who are facing under and unemployment straight out of college and university. The film explores several different factors such as large amounts of educated youth vs limited jobs available, but finds that those who speak French are prioritized regardless of whether or not both candidates have equal education, or even higher education.

Neighbours supports YES in calling for government, businesses, non-profits, and educational institutions to work together in order to uncover potential solutions for our youth seeking job placements.
